The Vicksburg Warren Economic Development Partnership (comprised of the Vicksburg Warren Chamber of Commerce, the Port Commission, and the Economic Development Foundation) is set to inaugurate its newly renovated office space on Wednesday August 15th by hosting an open house for Chamber members, community leaders, and businesses interested in joining the Chamber. The open house will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Pablo Diaz, President & CEO of the Economic Development Partnership, stated, “We have completely renovated our offices to reflect our Vision for the community as crafted in the Economic Development Strategic Plan.” Diaz is making reference to the strategic plan mission of “Vicksburg-Warren: More Than You Ever Imagined: Tech Centered, Enterprising, Cool, Historic, and Art-Filled.” He continues, “First impressions are essential and our offices need to represent what economic development in Vicksburg and Warren County is all about; a relentless focus on job creation through cooperation, adaptability to change, and a pro-business environment. I believe the new and fresh look of our offices reflect that and much more.”

During the event, the Chamber will also host a ribbon cutting ceremony for one of its newest members, Air-Evac Life Team, who will fly the company’s helicopter to the event to showcase its services.

The Vicksburg Warren Economic Development Partnership brings together the Vicksburg Warren County Chamber of Commerce, the Warren County Port Commission, and the Warren County Economic Development Foundation to lead Warren County’s and the City of Vicksburg’s Economic Development Efforts.
