Elevate Your Workforce
This Leadership Development Series focuses on the skills leaders need to build stronger teams, navigate challenges, and create healthier workplace cultures.
Every class is led by subject-matter experts, combining hands-on exercises, small group discussions, and actionable strategies participants can apply immediately. Each session also includes a curated leadership book and lunch.
Classes meet during the workday (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM) and are designed for both individuals and teams. Bringing your team amplifies the impact, allowing everyone to learn a shared framework for stronger communication, collaboration, and results.
Each class costs $35 per person ($45 for non-Chamber members) and includes a book or assessment and lunch.
