LEADERSHIP VICKSBURG IS COMMITTED TO SHAPING COMMUNITY LEADERS THROUGH A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF THE OPPORTUNITIES & CHALLENGES IN VICKSBURG & WARREN COUNTY

Participants will complete an intense training retreat, attend eight business and community learning sessions, and will complete a community project.

The overnight retreat blends both indoor and outdoor activities that focus on the development of
team building, leadership, organization, and communication skills – during which participants will build important relationships that will be useful in their professional, civic, and personal endeavors.

Over the next eight months, participants will have the opportunity to meet and interact with a broad range of community and business leaders.  This year’s training retreat will be at Warner-Tully YMCA Camp in Port Gibson, MS.
